| Climate in vintage year | mild climate, relatively cold April, but ward summer. Dry and warm year, average temperature — about 21ºC. Uniform rainfall throughout the year. |
| Vinification |
Hand-picked at the end of September. Destemmed grapes are macerated from 6 to 10 days. Alcohol fermentation is followed by biological deacidification and maturing in large oak barrels, and partly in stainless steel vats. |
